In an effort to protect your identity from unlawful use,
First Southern Bank would like to remind you that
WE NEVER:
  • Send Email asking you to reply with personal information.
  • Send Email threatening to close your account if you don't update your info.
  • Send Email that asks you to enter personal information into the email.
  • Send unsolicited Email.
One of the latest frauds is a technique called "Phishing" where the "Lunker"
    is YOUR personal information.

A Phishing email will typically have an urgent tone, asking you to immediately update your personal information such as Social, username/passwords, account number, or debit/atm card numbers.
It may even have the First Southern logo on it.

If this type of information is ever requested of you and you didn't originate the communication,
    DON'T DO IT!

If you think you have received a phishing email, contact us at (601)731-6015.
