Dawn is a member of Enon Landmark Missionary Baptist Church located in Columbia. She is also an active member of the Kiwanis Club and the MCDP Ambassadors Committee.

Josh Frost

Josh recently joined First Southern Bank, bringing nearly three decades of banking experience and six years specializing in mortgage lending. He believes great lending begins with understanding each customer’s unique goals and providing personal guidance to help them find the financing option that best fits their needs. Building strong relationships is at the heart of Josh’s approach. He is committed to listening, communicating clearly, and making the home financing process as straightforward and comfortable as possible.

Originally from South Arkansas, Josh is the proud father of three sons, Matt, Nic, and Luke. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cooking, outdoor projects, and spending time with family. His faith is an important part of his life, and he currently serves as Interim Worship Leader at his church. With a career centered on experience, relationships, and service, Josh strives to be more than a lender—he aims to be a trusted resource for every customer he serves.
